Basement Renovation

As the general contractor on this project, we were responsible for the complete renovation of this home including a load bearing wall removal and interior finishes including bathrooms, a kitchen, new flooring, stairs and much more.

As the general contractor on this project, we reconfigured the home to create an open-concept layout. This included a load bearing wall removal. We completed the engineering work and applied for a building permit on behalf of the homeowner. We renovated this beautiful basement to a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom with a laundry room. The addition of an accent wall with a fireplace makes the space great for entertaining and having guests over. On this project we completed mudding, taping, painting, flooring, trim, doors, the 3-pc bathroom, plumbing and electrical.

This ultra-luxurious home is complete with 5 bathrooms and a laundry room. We renovated the bathrooms and laundry room, each with their own unique design. The tiling work on this project stood out and complemented the remainder of the minimalist home.
