We renovated a block of 9 units in this building which were being used as rentals. From demolition to completion, the project took 5 months which averaged 2.5 weeks per door. The units were handed over with sanitary cleaning completed and completely ready for tenant move-in. Our scope was primarily interior finishes and windows.
