On this project we were selected by the building owner and landlord to complete general upgrades such as demolition, framing, firestopping, insulation, drywall, as well as plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. This is typically referred to as a “white box” finish where the landlord undertakes all the necessary upgrades so a tenant only needs to handle cosmetic upgrades.
