As the general contractor on this project, we reconfigured the home to create an open-concept layout. This included a load bearing wall removal. We completed the engineering work and applied for a building permit on behalf of the homeowner. We renovated both the main level and basement which included framing, drywall, taping, painting, flooring, trim, doors, stairs, tiling, bathroom and a new gas fireplace.
