Quality of Work and Materials 

1. Workmanship: All construction or renovation work performed by Newfore or its authorized subcontractors will be done professionally and in accordance with industry standards. 

1. Materials: Unless specified otherwise, we will use materials of standard quality suitable for the intended design. Any material substitutions will be communicated to the Client and must be approved in writing. 

Subcontractors and Suppliers 

1. Authorization: We reserve the right to employ subcontractors or third-party suppliers for specific tasks or specialized work. 

1. Responsibility: We maintain oversight and responsibility for ensuring that subcontractors meet the quality standards and terms set forth in the project agreement and these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
